We are proud of our food heritage which demonstrates our commitment to traceability of the meals we serve. All food is freshly prepared and cooked daily on site by our dedicated team of professionally qualified caterers. We are committed to using ingredients with assured provenance from local and regional suppliers. In addition, we use produce with high standards of animal welfare such as using RSPCA freedom free-range eggs and red tractor fresh meat whilst our suppliers are audited by an external body to ensure they comply with our high standards and statutory obligations.
We have a huge respect for the produce we work with and are committed to driving forward new and innovative environmental schemes that will help protect those resources. We are currently the only company in our sector to have invested in a dedicated specialist responsible for developing environmental management schemes for our business and those of our clients.
We have won a number of awards for using honest, local produce, including Compassion in World Farming ‘Good Egg Award’ and ‘Good Chicken Award’ for it’s commitment to source only free range RSPCA assured eggs.
Our team are focused on delivering a first-class catering & hospitality service to our clients in the education sector.
Our primary objective is to provide students, staff and visitors with a choice of homemade nutritious and well-balanced meals our lunch menu meets the SILVER food for life Standard.
The menus are refreshed each term to ensure seasonal changes and each week we feature different styles of food with our “concept days” which reflect changing food trends and the high street.
We provide a termly three-week menu cycle which is developed alongside our local teams, development chefs and nutritionist with input from students and staff within the school.
Our menus and range of food provided meet the government’s current food based standards. They provide well-balanced healthy choices and are available at the following service times:
- Breakfast: 8.00am – 8.30am
- Break: 11.00am – 11.20am
- Lunch 13.20pm – 14.05 Years 7-13
