CNS DofE Volunteering Certificate

Congratulations to the CNS DofE team and students who have recently received their Licensed Organisation’s Volunteer Hour Certificate for 2022, having donated 1,209 hours of voluntary service in the local community during 2021/22.

The number of hours is based on the participants who have achieved their volunteering section between 1st April 2021 and 31st March 2022 and calculated based on them completing the minimum one-hour weekly time commitment over the minimum duration according to whether they completed their Bronze, Silver or Gold Award. The social value is calculated based on the minimum wage for under 18’s multiplied by the total amount of volunteering hours conducted.

Volunteering provides vital support to local communities across the country and also offers young people the opportunity to take part in new experiences, develop new skills and feel a sense of pride in supporting the communities that they live in.
