Covid Heroes stamp design competition

Over the next couple of weeks years 7, 8 & 9 will be taking part in a national competition being run by Royal Mail, and designing stamps to honour the heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The competition is open to children aged 4-14 years and eight of the best designs will be chosen to be part of a set of postage stamps that will be used on thousands of letters and packages.

The eight winners will receive a £1000 shopping voucher and their schools will also receive £1000 in cash. Further prizes are also available, including £500 vouchers for regional winners and £100 vouchers for regional runners-up. In addition, there will be £5 vouchers for two of the best designs at CNS. 

Students will need to hand in their entries to their CT teacher by the 14th May in order for them to be sorted and sent off in time for the competition deadline of 28th May.
