Great result for Y7 team in Kids Lit Quiz

Congratulations to Letty, Megan, Sidney and Florence, our fantastic Y7 team who came 6th in the annual Kids Lit Quiz in London on Tuesday 5th December 2017. 

In November, the CNS team won the Norfolk regional heat of the Kids Lit Quiz and went through to the final. Originally 465 schools entered the competition, which means that CNS came 6th in the UK. 

First place went to Oxford High School who achieved 35 points, but there was fierce competition throughout all five rounds, with CNS in third place until the final round. Unfortunately, we were beaten to third place by only three points.

The girls behaviour was exemplary and they have done themselves and CNS extremely proud. They showed wonderful sportsmanship to other competitors and were enthusiastic and positive all day. They thoroughly enjoyed the day and are already planning their 'strategy for victory' in 2018!
