Headteacher's Message, Friday 24th September 2021

Everyone at CNS is getting very excited about the Open Evening for Year 6 students and families next week. Having been unable to run a live event last year we cannot wait to welcome future students and parents into our excellent school.  Students are looking forward to providing tours of the campus including the new sixth form building, dance studio and tennis courts, which will soon be available for wider community use. Our musicians and music scholars will be playing after a year's hiatus of live performance.  Sixth form student ambassadors, who are a truly excellent example of student leadership, will be on hand for questions about subjects and how CNS has supported and guided them through their last six years at the school.  

I am the eighth Headteacher of CNS and in a school that has just celebrated its 111th birthday, this is testimony to the stability and longevity of leadership that makes CNS the school it is.  I am so immensely proud of CNS and our whole school community and delighted to be working with parents again.
