Headteacher's Message, Friday 29th June 2018
This has been a busy week of celebration with a different event every nigh this week. On Monday Year 12 Tim and Molly, gave inspirational speeches on 'What makes a great teacher' at the TeachFirst East of England launch. This was followed on Tuesday by 16 of our students who were presented with YouthStemm awards at a wonderful event at the Forum and last night was the public viewing of the GCSE and A 'level Art, Design and Technology work. All three events showcased the hard work, determination and achievement of our students' independent efforts guided by their supportive teachers. My congratulations to everyone involved.
As the end of the school year draws near uniform has often been outgrown and replacing it is costly if your child grows over the summer. If uniform doesn’t fit and there is a reason for your child not to be in uniform, please can you let the House teams know, otherwise the correct uniform and equipment are expected to be worn and bought throughout the school year and I appreciate your support with this.

My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed the CNSFest last week and can I extend my thanks to the CNSA, Ms Cook and Mrs Tillyard for the enormous amount of work undertaken in making the event a success. There was a wonderful community atmosphere and all the CNSA funds work their way back into school for the benefit of the school community.
I am looking forward to a quiet weekend after a busy week and I hope you have a good weekend and enjoy whatever you have planned.
