Kooth - Free, safe and anonymous online support for young people
We are aware that the last few months have been challenging for many young people and we will continue to work with our partners at MAP in September to offer mental health support in school.
In addition, a new and free community online mental health and wellbeing service called KOOTH is now available for all 11-25 year olds in Norfolk.
Free access
Young people can access Kooth.com without referral or waiting, and can begin accessing free and confidential counselling, advice and wellbeing support.
On Kooth, young people can:
- Chat to friendly counsellors
- Read articles written by young people
- Get support from the Kooth community
- Write in a daily journal
