Year 10 Maths Feast 2019

On March 20th, CNS hosted the 2019 Norwich Year 10 Maths Feast, an event organised by the Advanced Mathematics Support Programme (AMSP), a government-funded initiative which aims to increase participation in Core Maths, AS/A level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. 

Maths Feast is a fun educational challenge for Year 10 students which tests problem-solving and teamwork skills. A total of 21 teams from 16 schools took part in the event, including two teams from CNS.

The teams of four students tested their maths skills in several rounds which required different skills and strategies for success. Awards were given for good teamwork and for the winning team of each round. 

Well done to both teams for taking part and congratulations to the team who received a certificate for coming runners-up.
