Year 11 Football

The Year 11 team moved into the final 64 of the national ESFA Cup last week with a hard fought 3-1 victory over Chelmer Valley from Essex.

CNS went 1-0 down half way through the first half and this instantly caused a positive reaction from the team who eventually got an equaliser bringing the half time score to 1-1.

The second half continued in a similar fashion with both teams playing fast and frantic football. Eventually CNS' better approach paid off, with two excellent goals. 

This was an impressive performance from the team as they faced lots of pressure in the first half, but showed great resilience and teamwork to ensure the victory.
