b'CNS Student Careers and PathwaysPersonal DevelopmentStudents in all key stages engage in a rich programme of personal development and guidance. They are able to engage with a range of topics and external speakers through form time, lessons and on Guidance Day, to provide them with a wealth of PSHE and social, moral, spiritual and cultural knowledge and experience. The intention is to prepare students for the world of work and ensure that they are in a competitive position to secure a career that is both stimulating and rewarding and that provides financial well being.CNS AlumniCNS are partnered with the national education charity Future First, who specialise in helping schools to stay connected with their former students.Alumni who can share their experiences help to motivate and inspire our current students to feel more confident in making decisions about their future. So far, nearly 150 former CNS students from a range of careers have registered to offer their talent and experience to our current students.16'
